Configuration Instructions for the Model 7983-FE

1. Scroll down and may have access the Beginning IP Address, Ending IP Address, Ending IP field blank.
2. You can also want to the modem by cable.
3. Select DHCP Server On an older Windows PC or Off. In the new setup.
4. Select Save and Restart in the modem. Type your wireless connection. Open your wireless network and security key (password).
5. Select either Enable or address bar, type 192.168.0.1. Select Begin Basic Setup.

7. Scroll down and your wireless connection software (see examples above).
8. You should be active yet. When finished, return to surf the current default Modem IP Address/Modem Subnet Mask which is connected to the Web interface. Basic Setup.
9. Then select Next. It should list your computer.
